two framed vintage pieces of punch needle embroidery, also known as rug hooking or needle punching.<br>The left panel features a pink flamingo surrounded by yellow flowers and green foliage.<br>The right panel depicts a colorful bird, possibly a parrot or macaw, with vibrant green and orange plumage.<br>Both pieces are set against a dark background, Black Velvet in nature and framed in light-colored, wooden, frames. Both are quite large measuring 19x19... Some fading but still vibrant and no holes in the velvet.<br>Punch needle embroidery creates a textured, looped surface, giving the designs a three-dimensional appearance. Probably from the 1960s. This would be cool in a tiki bar!<br>I would consider splitting but the price would be $32 each.
